Join Our Team as a Full-Time Commercial Coffee Repair Technician!
Are you passionate about coffee and skilled in technical repairs? We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Coffee Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Install new coffee equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing machines, including traditional and super automatics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Previous coffee experience is preferred but not required. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, a basic understanding of power and water, and a love for coffee, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Work with manufacturer tech support to troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on services provided.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Provide operational information about machines to clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have transportation and Valid Driver's license
