Eclaro is searching for a Senior Program Analyst with Construction Project Management experience to manage and ensure project deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Responsibilities include:- Manage and supervise facility development and image enhancement projects
- Schedule inspections to ensure compliance with relevant FAA, OSHA, and other regulations
- Review all CD’s for clashes and accuracy and coordinate changes and redlines
- Provide oversight of project personnel’s normal job duties and special projects
- Perform all duties associated with job site preparation and maintenance
- Assist with all aspects of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry etc., construction start to finish
- Perform and supervise construction work
- Developing and maintaining client's project status slide briefings
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules
- Developing project scopes, project management plans, and other project documents
- Developing and updating requirements documents, and statements of work
- Developing and updating comments resolution matrices
- Documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items
- Tracking and monitoring action items for reporting through completion
- Utilizing collaboration site to track minutes, action items, assist in the response to requests for status, and maintaining the team site's content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date
- Managing, drafting and coordinating responses to requests in a timely manner
- Manage requirements and expectations of customers and stakeholders
- Seeking the necessary approvals for responses, as needed
- Capturing requirements from meetings
- Managing customer's consultation process to include coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups
- Developing and updating project schedules for new initiatives
- Reviewing project budgets, vendor proposals and tracking project expenditures
- Performing administrative functions, such as email correspondence, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and composing correspondence
- Performing analysis of functional areas to recommend changes, when necessary
- Researching best practices and highlighting techniques and/or tools that will fit the needs for an enhanced IT governance posture
- Oversight of quality assurance and compliance
