Work includes providing various design services and construction documents in the building industry (Architecture, Structural and MEP). We do various project types from small additions to single family mansions to commercial offices, restaurants and whatever other projects clients may have. Involvement in all aspects of projects from design to construction documents to visiting construction sites from time to time.
Employee seeking to apply must be able to complete Construction Drawings with minimal supervision and have work experience using Revit.
- Friendly environment.
- Bachelors in architecture (or equivalent amount of 2-4 years of experience)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in working on construction documents (American codes and permitting experience required)
- Single Family Residential & Light Commercial experience preferred
- Big plus if able to do some engineering also (MEP/Electrical/Structural)
- Big plus being licensed.
- Basic understanding of construction
- Be able to produce Construction Drawings with minimal supervision
- Revit work experience
- Be able to be a quick learner, fast paste environment (i.e. software, office standards & project requirements)
