We are looking for someone to support the teachers in their work. While the teach takes the lead you have an essential role to play in and outside the classroom.
If you enjoy working with children, is flexible and punctual then you are the person we are looking for. Your skills in working with children are valued and welcome but you have to be open to learning about the Montessori philosophy and method and be willing to implement them.
For us, respect for the child and belief in their potential is paramount.
