We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Community Association Manager to join our team. As a Community Association Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client community associations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community association, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, homeowners, and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and rules that comply with legal requirements, community bylaws, and governing documents.

Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensure financial stability, and provide accurate financial reporting to the board of directors.

Collaborate with the board of directors to establish strategic goals, develop long-term plans, and execute initiatives that enhance the community's appeal and value.

Supervise and coordinate community maintenance activities ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices related to community management and proactively implement changes to improve operations.

Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, community management, or a related field. Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) credential required.

Proven experience as a community association manager or similar role, with a track record of successful community management and administration.

Strong knowledge of community association laws, regulations, and governing documents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.

Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office and community management software.
