The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, is open to learning, and will collaborate with a team in a bilingual private firm in Silver Spring, MD.
Responsibilities
Answer phones in a personable and professional manner
Obtain a high-level understanding of the position and our firms’ operations and offered services
Effectively communicate and collaborate with office team members, clients, prospects, etc.
Proficiently correspond via email, memos, and utilize Microsoft Office programs
Manage payroll for corporate clients
Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings
Respond to notices and letters
Be a self-starter and go the extra mile
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Excellent computer skills
Bilingual – Spanish and English fluency
