Small engineering company in McLean, VA seeks a Staff Accountant/AccountingAssistant to assist in all areas of accounting functions that include but are notlimited to:
Billings and manage Accounts Receivable
Handle credit card transactions, reconcile check payments and check deposits
Reconcile bank accounts and journal entries
Process requisitions and purchase orders
Time card collections and reviews
Budget labor work force
Project monitoring
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Month-end closings and other Accounting transactions
Preferred skills (but will train):
Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Deltek experience a plus
College degree a plus
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Excellent growth potential.
