We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.Responsibilities and DutiesOCT has multiple openings for analysts with specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout.Qualified candidates will possess minimum of 10 years of relevant contract closeout experience as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor. Expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success.RequirementsQualifications
A minimum of ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience
Bachelor's Degree is required
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and SharePoint
Experience with PRISM and FFMS is a plus
Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and procedures
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check)
