Product Management Advisor - Multifamily COO (Flexible Hybrid)

As a valued contributor to our team, you will lead loan product initiatives that create or enhance mission impact, competitive advantage, risk position and responsiveness to the market. In this role you will engage with internal and external partners and manage stakeholders across Multifamily and be responsible for designing and implementing research and conducting data analysis to inform activities. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The MF COO - Product Development - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design, development, and enhancements of loan products to meet market needs.  Collaborate with team to investigate and determine the needs of the internal and external (i.e., lenders and borrowers) customer. Interpret customer and market insights to inform initiatives and apply a customer experience-driven approach to design or enhancement of loan products. Advise internal teams on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's loan products and services to ensure that customers are knowledgeable about the full product suite. Review existing product suite and advise on feature updates as needed. Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team.
