This role requires a passion for journalism, strong editing skills, and the flexibility to cover breaking news and scheduled events.Key Responsibilities:Capture high-quality video for news stories and features.Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, camera positioning, and sound recording.Collaborate closely with reporters and editors to ensure visuals align with the story’s narrative.Travel to various locations to cover breaking news, live events, and in-depth feature stories.Edit and prepare video content for daily assignments using industry-standard equipment.Maintain ethical journalism standards, ensuring accuracy and integrity in visual storytelling.Manage and maintain camera equipment, ensuring all gear is in top working condition.Stay up to date with industry trends, new technology, and best practices in news photography.Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver impactful and timely stories.
