General cleaning of  hallways and other common areas, including carpets and specialized flooringAssist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.Trash and Recycling management Assist with minor maintenance duties such as clogged toilets and light bulb changesDeliver resident packages as need Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
