Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition

Oversee and perform routine custodial and exterior grounds tasks

Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years in the janitorial services supervisory experience in facilities of at least 800k sq feet in size.

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
