Work may be performed at the customer facility in Washington DC at The District of Columbia Facility located at 14th and C Street SW, Washington, DC, 20228 or at the Western Currency Facility (WCF) located at 9000 Blue Mount Road, Fort Worth Texas, 76131 or remotely.This position is Contingent upon Contract Award.U.S. citizenship and successful background check is required.Core hours for DC location are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.Core hours for Texas location are 6:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.50 percent of scheduled hours are performed on-site, and 50 percent are performed through telework.Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for ERM solution implementation, ensuring smooth operations and user assistance.
Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to RIM processes.
Maintains and optimizes IT infrastructure related to RIM, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Ensure ERM solution and related IT components meet security standards and compliance requirements.
Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Experience and Technical Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of IT support experience focusing on RIM projects and Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent is required.
