THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Enterprise Risk Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Assist with oversight of the Multifamily business.   Review and monitor Multifamily pre-acquisition, pricing, or portfolio activities and trends.Perform on-going file reviews to identify and evaluate the risks to Multifamily of new transactions and/or portfolio management activities and business decisions.Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in a thoughtful and persuasive manner.Build strong relationships across Multifamily and the Enterprise.Partner with Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.
