Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Associate to join our Business Development team to take our clients' brands completely onto the next degree. Successful candidates should have previous experience meeting quotas and developing leads from marketing campaigns. Candidates that thrive in this role are action-oriented, creative, lifelong learners, and strong communicators.Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.Responsibilities:- Engage with prospects to share the company vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to boost company profit and contribute to our long-term business growth.
- Disseminate qualified new opportunities to appropriate sales representative, collaborating with reps about the opportunity and determining appropriate action items.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Desire to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and focus on business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
