We need experienced handy man/property maintenance person PART TIME or FULL TIME for Hotel/Motel who can start immediately in Newark, DE.
Responsibilities Mainly: General property maintenance ,drywall repairs, roof repairs ,light plumbing/electrical repairs, carpentry, Painting, carpet cleaning ,parking lot maintenance ,Trash/Garbage Removal and general handy man work
Should have drivers licence ,own Tools, and own transportation.
Should be non smoker.
Minimum experience needed 5 years.
Should be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations.
