We need experienced Handy man / Property maintenance Person PART TIME or FULL TIME for Hotel/Motel over all maintenance in Newark, Delaware who can start immediately.
Responsibilities Mainly: General property maintenance including but not limited to drywall repairs, roof repairs ,light plumbing/electrical/safety systems repairs, carpentry, Painting, carpet cleaning/repairs , minor repair of equipment , parking lot maintenance ,Trash/Garbage Removal and general handy man work. Ensuring Hotel Locks, HVAC, lights, Plumbing and Electrical Systems are maintained in proper working order for our guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Should have drivers licence , own Tools, and own transportation.
-Should be non smoker.
-Proven experience as handyman.
-Good understanding of basic Electrical/Plumbing and Painting.
-Experience with hardware tools.
-Must be available for week ends and Holidays.
Should be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws/regulations.
