JOB SUMMARY:
In the Maintenance – Level I position, you will be responsible for performing various light maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs various property maintenance functions and maintains maintenance logs
Mow, weed and edge otherwise maintained common areas and vacant lots as needed
Reports any maintenance concerns and repairs of the common areas to the Property Manager
Performs on-call emergency service as required using company issued cell phone
Assists Property Manager with special maintenance projects as necessary
Assists in maintaining common grounds and pond areas and keeping them free from trash and debris
Assists in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and upkeep of supplies
Deliver various communications to residents or guests as needed
Assists with and attends property-sponsored activities and functions
May be required to move heavy objects and drive company owned maintenance truck throughout community
Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You may perform various maintenance duties requiring skills, including light HVAC repairs, light plumbing, light carpentry, groundskeeping and more
Full-time hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation is $20.00 an hour
Must have valid drivers license
