New Manufacturing Company looking for part-time on-site office manager in Branford, CT. This is a part time position, working between 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time in the future. This position would also have the opportunity to streamline legacy processes, and digitize / modernize / automate office and manufacturing procedures.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
Request for Quotation (RFQ) processing
Purchase Order (PO) processing
Work Order (WO) creation
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
General Office and Manufacturing supply order management
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Proficiency in QuickBooks online
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Prior office management or manufacturing experience
Other responsibilities
May be responsible for working in the secondary operation department and other adhoc activities as needed.
Ability to make trips to bank, post office as needed
