Westport, CT company looking for an office assistant. This is a part time position, working mornings, between 15-25 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Perform all duties for Rental Property Company
Manage all insurance policies for primary company and Owner
Contract maintenance/execution for both company and client contracts
Sales Order Entry
Internet research for Owner. Must be skilled in ascertaining information on internet,
including international research.
Ad-hoc tasks, as needed, for Owner
Qualifications
Basic Bookeeping knowledge
Experience with administrative and clerical duties
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Proactive and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
