FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are looking for an organized, personable and motivated multi-tasker to join the Apex Glass team!
As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients coming into the showroom
Additional responsibilities to include assisting Office Manager with overflow work, ordering and managing hardware inventory able to use Microsoft office is required some data entry and research for new vendors, is needed
Receiving initial client details and intake of their projects for quick Quoting. Ability to problem solve, multitask with strong administrative function is a must.
