Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading a crew of up to 12 installers
Safe loading, transport, installation, and breakdown of tented events throughout New England and New York
You will serve as a point of contact between the sales and operations teams, as well as interact with high-end clientele and venues on a daily basis
You will be working outside every day, possibly six or seven days a week, rain or shine
You will report directly to the VP, Operations
Requirements:
Must have prior tenting experience in a leadership role
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and team driven
Must be able to train staff on a regular basis and have experience leading crews
Able to adapt to changing conditions & find solutions through critical thinking
Positive, respectful team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
Effectively communicate verbally in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
Open availability to work longer days and weekends, flexible with schedule changes
Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, crouch and lift frequently
Ability to lift 75 lbs., push 100 lbs. and have a full range of motion and dexterity
Must have a clean DMV record
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
