This company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team.
You would be responsible for protecting and promoting the interests of both the business and client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.
Ensure Contract Document Logs are maintained and updated as needed.
In addition, you will need to accurately process and distribute submittals and RFI's, participate in and write notes, instructions or minutes from meetings that clearly communicate discussion agreements, decisions, and action items.
You would be working directly with customers to continually seek to understand their goals and needs and act with a sense of urgency in meeting customer needs and demonstrating value.
Must Haves 3+ years of experience with a trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization. Experience working on vertical construction. Projects within healthcare is preferred, willing to also consider educational/ K-12.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Nice to haves:
B.S. in CM or Engineering related degree if you are more junior/have less professional experience
