Bridgeport company seeking a full-time, hands-on full charge bookeeper accustomed to working in a fast paced and diversified office environment. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask, and attention to details.
Duties include:
Full Accounts Payable Cycle
General Ledger Postings
Month End Closings
Employee Records Maintenance
Preparation of Tax Forms: W9, Sales and Use Resale Certificate, 1099, etc.
Qualifications:
Must Possess a Bachelor/Associates Degree
Minimum of 5 years of Previous Experience in Accounting
Federal/State Tax Returns and Sales and Use Tax Experience is a Plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a Plus
