What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager:As the Branch Manager at Elara Caring, you’ll be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your branch. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Lead Your Team: Manage and motivate a dynamic team to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth branch operations.
Ensure Office Efficiency: Oversee administrative duties, manage workflows, and ensure the branch runs efficiently, with all resources and equipment available to staff.
Facility & Space Management: Manage the physical space and infrastructure needs of the branch, ensuring a well-organized and maintained environment.
Build Strong Relationships: Communicate with property managers and other vendors to ensure maintenance requests and supply needs are met promptly.
Optimize Operations: Evaluate and recommend changes or additions to services and equipment to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking an exceptional leader with a passion for healthcare and a track record of success in management. Ideal candidates will have:
High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
5+ years of experience in office or branch management , with proven leadership and operational oversight
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of business communications , document management , and office management
Prior healthcare industry experience , particularly in home health or hospice, is preferred but not required
A strong ability to lead teams and create an environment of collaboration and high performance
