The ERP Application Access Manager is responsible for managing and controlling user access to the ERP system, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting the overall security framework of the organization. This role involves managing a team responsible for ERP security and access management, collaborating with various departments to understand their access needs, implementing access controls, and ensuring processes related to user access are followed. Additionally, this manager will support audit processes and lead remediation efforts as needed.You’ll get to:

Work closely with department heads and managers to understand their access needs and provide solutions that meet business requirements.

Provide training and support to users on access-related issues and best practices.

Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to facilitate effective communication regarding access management.

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of ERP Access Management tools including SAP GRC and SAP AVM

Provide expert guidance and support across all ERP programs for IT Security, Access Management, and Process Controls

Lead, mentor, and develop the IT ERP security team.

Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Address audit findings by developing and implementing remediation plans to resolve identified issues.

Monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts and make adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance.

Identify opportunities to improve access management processes and implement enhancements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in ERP systems, access management, or IT security.

Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor) and their access control mechanisms.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
