- Key function : Help the Network team and client with issues related to Network operations, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Cisco Configurations, LAN, WAN, ISP networks, etc.
- Proven experience in Cisco Meraki and SD WAN
- Provide timely and high-quality incident management to customers with single call resolution where possible.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and internal relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
- Take responsibility and follow-through issues/tasks by following through to resolution.
- Network monitoring of Various Networks, handling escalating faults as required and ensuring SLA's are adhered to.
- Communicate planned and unplanned service interruptions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Diagnose network incidents and liaise with the service department, contractors and customers to ensure a smooth and acceptable experience.
- Analyse, investigate and troubleshoot network incidents for various network services. - Update internal databases and internal support systems.
- Action service requests as required.
- Proactive Maintenance and Change Management
- Should be able to handle shift in US without any support.
