Looking for a driven and passionate maintenance technician for a growing company.
Prefer to have basic knowledge of: plumbing-electrical-carpentry.
If you know some but not all, we're looking for someone eager to learn and get hands on.
Must have :
1.Your own transportation to get to properties located in Bridgeport, Plainsville, Middletown, Waterbury & Hartford.
2. Basichand tools and impactor/compactor drills.
Pay depends on skills. This is an independent contractor position (1099), not a W2.
