Handyman/Maintenance worker

Seeking a handyman/ maintenance person to handle repairs, cleaning buildings inside and out, landscaping, and make sure all of our properties are well maintained. I am looking for experience with painting, sheet rocking, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and other miscellaneous duties as needed. I am seeking a people person and one who can work independently and professional at all times. I need someone who is dependable and flexible on a daily basis. Prefer someone who lives in Hartford. Must have your own transportation and tools to get started asap. We require a background check on all applicants.
