Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Order Processing: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
3. Cash Handling: Handle cash and process payments accurately.
4. Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and setting tables.
5. Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist customers with their selections and answer any questions they may have.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
7. Upselling: Promote additional items or specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
8. Cleaning and organizing restaurant outdoor areas
9. Inventory
10. Other job responsibilities within the purview of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
