Description Position: Senior Benefits Administrator (Hybrid Schedule Available) Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 Our client, a fast-paced, growing company with a truly unique culture and value proposition, is currently seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator to join their expanding team. The Senior Benefits Administrator will oversee and administer the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, researching alternative benefits programs, implementing enhancements to current programs, and overseeing all general tasks associated with benefits administration. Manage the comprehensive benefits packages available to employees

Lead the administration of health, retirement, and other benefit programs and systems

Collaborate closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate record-keeping

Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to ensure our benefit programs are competitive and compliant

Communicate benefits information to employees, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries

Drive annual benefits open enrollment, coordinating with HR and communication teams

Facilitate training and educational programs related to our benefits package

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Benefits Administrator, particularly at the senior level

Comprehensive knowledge of benefits and compensation laws and regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
