Description We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a global manufacturing company. You'll be part of the Finance Department, mainly dealing with accounts payable, among other general accounting duties. This position is open due to an internal promotion, therefore it's your chance to join a well-structured AP team, which offers a competitive benefits package and a great company culture.Responsibilities:Review, approve, code and post all vendor-related paperwork accurately Enter vendor invoices and expense reports accurately.Ensure punctual disbursements, including checks and wire transfers.Maintain accounts payable documentation.Handle monthly vendor statements.Assist vendors with their inquiriesSupport the annual audit process.This is a permanent, full time position with competitive salary- paid hourly with ability to work overtime.
