Our company is looking to hire a new candidate for our "Command Center Analyst" position based in Hartford, CT. Our Command Center analysts are primarily responsible for answering parking-related phone calls and handling parking-related issues over the phone. Our Command Center operates 24/7/365.
We are looking for a person who can be a Per diem and cover call outs.
Work from Home position - Laptop, Internet with Good Speed and Quiet work place is required.
Open to work 11PM - 7AM, 3PM - 11PM or 7AM-3PM shifts
Working through parking-related issues with customers on phone
Recording each transaction in our database

Will be responsible in shadowing new employees or assisting Supervisor in training new employees.
Doing a good job in this position can lead to advancement in this Hartford based nationwide company.
