You will utilize specific training techniques to instruct participants in designated jobs. Responsibilities include onsite training, vocational guidance, job coaching, employer education, and customer relations. Experience in job development desired."Candidates with human services, job coaching, residential care, direct care, and career counseling experience are strongly encouraged to apply! Qualifications:  High School/GED or Hi-SET plus 2-3 years related experience OR Associate’s degree plus 1 year related experience and/or training. 1-2 years of human service experience required.Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations. Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.“Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
