The Community Living Specialist 2 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Individuals with direct care, residential care, day program, and human services experience strongly encouraged to apply!  Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience with working with adults with disabilities, living on their own in the community required. Ability to use technology.Ability to work with a team, to provide the best support for the members in the home. High School/GED Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle. Must be DDS Med CertMust be willing to transport individuals in your own vehicle. “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
