Black Diamond Enterprises Inc. is a full service property management company with snow removal and landscaping clients as well. Please visit our website to better understand what it is we do. We have a fleet of 17 vehicles needing service. Experience with snowplow maintenance and or repair a plus. We also have small tools and equipment as well as trailers and a tractor amongst other items that need mechanical work preformed on them. When this position is not preforming mechanical work the individual will be also preforming handyman work, mowing lawns, doing basic constructions, felling trees, raking leaves, making dump runs, mucking stalls, pastures and or hauling hay and helping in a variety of other tasks such as property management help. The position requires the mechanic to not only do the labor but to also be able to research, order and follow up with parts suppliers and vendors. Keeping detailed records of work preformed and parts records by vehicle required. A full rebuild of a vehicle, transmission work and knowledge of tires, brakes, electrical work a must. Computer knowledge, web, google docs, and an iphone are required. Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds without issue. This is a full time year around position with benefits. Reliability is a must! ICHRA health benefit, paid holiday, vacation, sick, personal day, volunteer days, community service days, & 401 K match. Must be able to read and write English fluently and have a reliable vehicle. Shop is located in Eagle, CO. Clean driving record required. Hourly DOE.
