The Ascent is seeking a customer service-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team in Avon, CO. The Shuttle Driver will drive the shuttle back and forth from The Ascent to Beaver Creek and Vail, transporting and assisting guests with getting their skis on and off the shuttle at pick-up and drop-off. Daily vehicle clean and fuel. If you are a customer service oriented individual who who enjoys to drive, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
Safely operate 14 passenger shuttle
Work with and operate passenger app for pick-ups and drop-offs to Beaver Creek and Vail
Work with guests/owners and management in a professional manner
Always give the best customer service
Help riders with skis and snowboards
Adhere to all Ascent shuttle policies
Be a great ambassador for the Ascent and East West Hospitality
Clean and maintain shuttle to the highest standards
Work Location: The Ascent -Avon, CO
Job Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + any tips received
Schedule: 4 shifts per week | Thursday - Sunday, 7:30am-5:30pm
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid USA driver license.
Must be able to be insured by HOA insurance policy for shuttle driving.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Providing a fantastic guest experience
Able to work with electronics/mobile applications on a schedule
