Maintenance Tech $25-$27
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company standards.
Experience in complete turns of apartments IE: Painting, patching drywall, some small appliance repairs & general troubleshooting.
CPO certified preferred or able to pass CPO class.
Will be required to be on call every other week. Must live on the property or in the near vicinity. A rental discount is offered if you choose to live on the property.
Monthly bonuses, yearly raises, and a year-end bonus for all employees.
