What You’ll Do:
-Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure peak efficiency.
-Handle routine maintenance across accommodations and common areas, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
-Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment to keep operations seamless.
-Respond swiftly and professionally to guest and owner maintenance requests, delivering top-notch service and satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $25 / hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts! Days to be determined; Must be able to work weekends & holidays
