Join our team at Falcon Point Resort, managed by East West Hospitality and located in Avon, Colorado, at the base of Beaver Creek Resort.

We are looking for an organized Maintenance Tech II to join our team! If you enjoy troubleshooting, and have good communication skills, we would love to meet you! The ideal candidate has some general maintenance skills, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties Include:

-Perform maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and amenities to ensure peak performance and guest satisfaction

-Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues independently

-Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, spa facilities, and mechanical equipment

-Oversee pool and spa operations, including chemical levels, and assist with snow removal during winter months

-Execute preventative maintenance tasks during off-season and manage inventory of tools and supplies

-Provide courteous, solution-oriented support to guests and foster a safe, collaborative work environment

Location: Falcon Point Resort - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 - $26/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 8 hr shifts, 5x per week - nights, days, weekends, and holidays are all possible.

Minimum Requirements:

-General maintenance skills, including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

-CPO certification or background in pool and spa maintenance (preferred)

-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

-Strong communication skills with guests, co-workers, and other departments

-Proficient in verbal and written English

-Excellent customer service skills; experience working with guests, associates, and the public

-Demonstrates courteous, cooperative, and professional behavior at all times

-Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without direct supervision

-Fast learner with strong knowledge retention

-Performs off-season preventative maintenance as scheduled or assigned
