Growing private optometry office in Frisco, CO is looking for a friendly, outgoing full-time eye care assistant, Monday thru Friday, no Sat/Sun work. Salary depends on experience. Benefits include eligibility for sick pay, health insurance, bonuses, and retirement benefits.
The candidate would be a motivated, customer-service oriented person who will provide our patients with an excellent experience. Must be passionate about learning and be a team player with a "can do" attitude. Looking for someone who is willing to stay long-term (at least a year or longer). Position available immediately.
Depending upon position, responsibilities may include:
- Clinic: pretesting of patients and taking patient histories
- Reception: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, all customer service related inquires
- Optical: picking out frames, checking out patients, checking in orders, frame repairs/adjustments
Required skills:
Great customer service skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, but not necessary.
Computer literate: proficient with navigating the internet, using email and typing skills.
Good with numbers and basic math skills.
Optical and/or healthcare experience is a plus, but will train the right person.
