Vintage is a French Brasserie open four days per week (Fri-Mon) serving brunch, lunch and dinner. We are looking for dedicated, fun, and enthusiastic applicants who are ready to join an energetic and busy atmosphere.
We are seeking a full-time Lead Bartender and Bar Supervisor.
Responsibilities Include:
Learn Vintage recipes and make cocktails and bar drinks with a consistent standard.
Learn menu and serve bar-guests with professionalism and engaging service.
Assist in concepting seasonal cocktail menus and recipes.
Manage vendors, orders, inventories and trainings for all liquor and beer.
Maintain a clean, well-organized, tidy bar; develop sidework schedules and help hold bar-team accountable
A good candidate will:
· be reliable, professional, and respectful

· understand expectations and perform in a manner that reflects that understanding
· communicate effectively and respectfully with their teammates.
· be passionate and excited about their life and job.
