Craftsman Brew Co. is currently seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new cocktails and specials that align with our brand and delight our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol laws
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and seamless service during busy periods
- Continuously strive to improve your craft and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is preferred
