Robbie's Tavern is looking for a full time Kitchen Manager.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen.
This position will be responsible for scheduling and training of kitchen staff, ordering of all products, maintaining safety standards, monitoring of all food products, proper menu service, assist in development of new menu items. Working and communicating well with the team and GM. Someone who speaks or is willing to learn Spanish is preferred.
The kitchen manager is also the lead line cook
-45-55 hours per week
-2 weeks vacation
-Must work weekends
-Pay is 70k DOE, we offer 401k, a ski pass and meals.
