High Volume, Fine Dining Steakhouse. Applicants must have 2+ years’ experience in a management role and have 2+ years experience working in any role in a fine dining setting. Wine knowledge preferred. Qualities include attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Duties may include daily cash handling, running preshift meetings, supervising opening and closing sidework, supporting front line staff to ensure a positive guest experience, table touching, addressing guest complaints, supporting BOH with an open line of communication and respect, training FOH staff in all roles, setting clear expectations for staff and then holding them accountable, following corporate guidelines, and being a positive motivating presence for the staff.

Good working relationships between FOH and BOH is necessary as long with giving direction and training staff while taking direction and following protocols and procedures already established. Positive attitude a MUST. Spanish Speaking not required but would be very helpful. 5 day work week. Health Ins. available. Paid time off. Average of 50 hour work week.
