Breckenridge restaurant is looking for a head chef and an FOH manager.
Chef: you'll have existing experience managing a kitchen, and you'll be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen's operation, to include hiring, scheduling, ordering, training, menu development and ensuring that our food is consistent and consistently good.
FOH manager: you'll have existing restaurant management experience, and you'll be responsible for all aspects of the FOH, including hiring, scheduling, training and ensuring that we deliver the best possible service to our guests at all times.
These are both salaried positions, with salary depending on experience and benefits available starting 2021.
