Quandary Grille, brought to you by Rocky Mountain Hospitality, is Breckenridge's favorite restaurant at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, where Main Street meets the mountain. With a sunny deck overlooking Maggie Pond and the Tenmile Range, it’s a local favorite for après-ski or polished casual dining. The menu features elevated comfort food with a Colorado sourced influence created by Chef Eric Berggren. From Pork Belly Skewers and Spicy Ahi Tuna Tostadas to Colorado Pork Schnitzel Sandwich and CO Cowboy Ribeye —alongside a full bar with 200+ tequilas, elevated margaritas and craft cocktails, and local brews.

We are looking to train up a sous chef to take over for the Head Chef position this fall.

- $30 / hour DOE

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and management.

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain quality standards.

- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed.

- Implement organizational skills to streamline kitchen workflows and enhance service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
