Avanti F&B is opening in Vail at the base of Golden Peak We are in search of an energetic Bar Leader who has excellent skills and a true love for hospitality. We are on the lookout for someone who is passionate about joining an evolving, yet well-known group that provides ample career progression for the right person. The ideal job seeker is someone who has tenacity, plenty of energy, and is ready to give our guests an exceptional experience while managing two high-volume bars and a vibrant patio. Our perfect hire will join a dependable and competent leadership team to oversee and manage day-to-day floor operations and partner with multiple restaurants, leading a crew of more than sixty employees. Management is also awarded a $200/month post-tax reimbursement for cell phone, fuel, and meals, in addition to a quarterly team incentive/bonus program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate a fun and collaborative working environment

Supervise and manage the floor on a day-to-day basis

Set the team up for success each day

Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees

Take charge during high-traffic shifts

Ensure a clean and well-maintained building

Create a strong rapport with first-time guests and regulars

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Passion for hospitality and service

3+ years of Leadership Experience preferred

At least two years of bar/high-volume bar experience required

Experience with Toast POS is a bonus

Experience with craft cocktails, local and specialty beers, and various wine varietals

Experience working with large and eclectic teams

Ability to manage controllable line items, analyze costs, and provide input on possible beverage changes
