Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement menu items, specials, and food presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety practices.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
