Sauce on the Creek is hiring an assistant manager!
Come join the Sauce restaurant team. We have four locations in the Colorado high country along with several other concepts in our brand portfolio. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join our growing team and there's plenty of room for advancement.
As the front of the house shift manager, you will be responsible for supporting the wait staff, kitchen and delivering a great guest experience. We run a tight ship around here and are looking for a team member to run a smooth operation during your shifts. Additionally there will be daily office work and record keeping.
Other administrative duties and skills:
- Front of house scheduling
- P&L - daily data entry & analysis
- Payroll (daily review employees hours & declared tips)
- Accounting / Bank deposits
- Dry goods orders & inventory
- Assisting in making sure labor cost goals are met
- Basic computer literate - Word & Excel
- POS software knowledge
- Problem solving & critical thinker

2-3 shifts / week of managing
- $300/shift
- Want more shifts? We can also schedule you for waitstaff or bar shifts.
